You can delete your BingeReel account in the app or ask here. Either way it is finished within 30 days.

Your account is scheduled for deletion
We have signed the account out everywhere. It is deleted within 30 days. Purchase records are kept without your identity, as the privacy policy explains.
A pass keeps renewing until you cancel it with Apple or Google. Deleting the account does not cancel it.
Case
We need to confirm this account is yours
This account was never signed in, and it holds coins someone paid for or an active pass. An account number and an email address do not prove who owns it, and a deletion cannot be undone, so our support team checks ownership before anything is deleted. Nothing has been deleted.
What counts as proof
- Confirm the request in the app on the phone that uses this account: open Profile, then Notifications, then System, and tap Confirm on the message about this request.
- Or reply to our email with a store order number for a purchase made on this account (Apple sends it in the receipt email; Google Play shows it in your order history).
- For a pass only: the Apple or Google subscription receipt for that pass.
A screenshot of a balance is not proof.
The fastest way
Delete from the app on that phone: Settings, then Account, then Delete account. Holding the phone is the proof, so there is no review.
Deleting does not cancel a pass. Cancel it with the store that bills you.
We reply within 5 business days. If ownership is not confirmed within 30 days, the request closes and nothing is deleted. We sent these details to your contact email.

- Purchase records, which the law and the app stores require us to keep
Deleting your account does not cancel a pass. Apple or Google bills it, and it keeps renewing until you cancel it there. Cancel first.
Two ways to delete
- In the app (fastest). Settings, then Account, then Delete account. It shows your live balance and pass before you confirm.
- Here. Give your account UID and an email address. We send a one-time link to that email; nothing happens until you open it. If the account is signed in with an email, the link goes to that address instead.

If the UID matches an account, we have sent a one-time link. Open it within 24 hours to confirm. Nothing is deleted until you do.
We also sent a message to the app on that account, so whoever uses it can confirm or stop the request.
